How do I order a specific bouquet from one of your pictures?
All bouquets are made bespoke to order so we never take orders from pictures of previous orders, if you choose the colours you see in the bouquet on the bespoke product we will create something using these colours!

Can I see some pictures of your bouquets at different price ranges/colours?
The only pictures we have are on our instagram or website, the higher your budget the bigger the bouquet gets. We don't always have pictures of bouquets in certain colours but if you choose the colours you like, just trust us to make something beautifullll!

What time will my order be delivered?
Unfortunately, we only have one driver at the moment and he can only be in one place at a time (as much as we would love to have him split into lots of drivers), this means we can't give exact times that your flowers will arrive. If you require a morning delivery we recommend choosing the day before and delivering them yourself. Alternatively, we offer a collection service!

When can I collect my order?
Collections are between 11-4 weekdays and 11-2 weekends. Please put your desired time in the buyer comments at checkout!

What prices do your bouquets start at?
There is more information on our online shop but the florist choice bouquets start at £30.

Can I choose a specific date for delivery?
Yes, of course. Just choose your required date at checkout, if its not available were either closed or fully booked!

Can I call you to make an order?

The easiest way to place your order is via the website, this means we have the delivery address in writing, along with your card message. This reduces the risk of error, as well as this we don't have facilities to take payment over the phone so we would have to direct you to our website to take payment.

How long will my flowers last?
Just like you, we wish flowers lasted forever and ever! Unfortunately they don't, we guarantee our flowers for 3 days. After this period we are satisfied we have good quality healthy flowers and as they enter the fourth day it is down to the customer to look after their flowers like they would their own child! If looked after properly, flowers can last anything from a week to ten days.

What size will my bouquet be?
It's impossible to put a size to a price because of the variations of stems we use, along with the prices of the stems coming from Holland changing daily on the auctions. In short, the higher the value the more premium the stems will be and the size of the bouquet will increase.
