TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERS:

During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided are accurate and we will take no liability for failure to deliver goods due to incorrect details being provided. If you do not choose a date for delivery, we will send out the bouquet at the next available date.

• We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
• By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Online site.

• Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance of this offer and we will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you unless we have issued you a confirmation of order delivery by email. This is not the email sent on submission of an order.

DELIVERY:

We do not accept timed deliveries, all deliveries are made between 9am - 6pm.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses so please provide a full postcode and any instructions that will help the driver. Please provide an email and/or daytime phone number for yourselves and a telephone number for the recipient.

If the recipient is out when we deliver, we will leave the gift with a neighbour if they are happy to take responsibility for it. If this cannot be done we may leave in a secure, dry place such as a porch, shed or garage. (please advise when ordering if there are any safe places where the item can be left should nobody be home).

If the gift cannot be left it will be returned to the shop for collection or re delivery. A card will always be left through the door to advise the recipient of where the flowers have been left. If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at the earliest convenience.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the speed in which our orders are processed, we can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the requested delivery date. Please contact us by calling the shop (see our contact details page).

RETURNS

Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

• If you have a complaint relating to the quality of the product received, we will require a digital image to be sent to our email to assist with investigation of your complaint and to ensure a speedy resolution.

• We will consider refunds on a case by case basis, although refunds will not be given as a matter of course. An investigation into the complaint will be conducted and you will be notified in writing or via telephone of the outcome.

• Refunds will not be given for fresh goods that perish outside of 3 days following delivery - although the majority of our flowers will have a much longer shelf life than this; the lifespan of each piece will vary depending on the variety of flowers used. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that correct care is offered to each piece to ensure longevity. Please follow the instructions on the care card provided with the flower gift.

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

This piece of legislation comes in to force on the 25th May 2018. The GDPR regulates the processing of personal data, and protects the rights and privacy of all living individuals (including children), for example by giving all individuals who are the subject of personal data a general right of access to the personal data which relates to them. Individuals can exercise the right to gain access to their information by means of a ‘subject access request’. Personal data is information relating to an individual and may be in hard or soft copy (paper/manual files; electronic records; photographs; CCTV images), and may include facts or opinions about a person.

Amelia Rose Floral Couture is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and privacy of individuals, clients, staff and others, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) May 2018.

To comply with various legal obligations, including the obligations imposed on it by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Amelia Rose Floral Couture must ensure that all this information about individuals is collected and used fairly, stored safely and securely, and not disclosed to any third party unlawfully.

As a matter of best practice, other agencies and individuals working with Amelia Rose Floral Couture and who have access to personal information, will be expected to read and comply with this policy. It is expected that departments who are responsible for dealing with external bodies will take the responsibility for ensuring that such bodies sign a contract which among other things will include an agreement to abide by this policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE GDPR

Amelia Rose Floral Couture will be the ‘data controller’ under the terms of the legislation – this means it is ultimately responsible for controlling the use and processing of the personal data. We appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), currently the owner who is available to address any concerns regarding the data held by Amelia Rose Floral Couture and how it is processed, held and used.

FAQ

How do I order a specific bouquet from one of your pictures?
All bouquets are made bespoke to order so we never take orders from pictures of previous orders, if you choose the colours you see in the bouquet on the bespoke product we will create something using these colours!

Can I see some pictures of your bouquets at different price ranges/colours?
The only pictures we have are on our instagram or website, the higher your budget the bigger the bouquet gets. We don't always have pictures of bouquets in certain colours but if you choose the colours you like, just trust us to make something beautifullll!

What time will my order be delivered?
Unfortunately, we only have one driver at the moment and he can only be in one place at a time (as much as we would love to have him split into lots of drivers), this means we can't give exact times that your flowers will arrive. If you require a morning delivery we recommend choosing the day before and delivering them yourself. Alternatively, we offer a collection service!

When can I collect my order?
Collections are between 11-4 weekdays and 11-2 weekends. Please put your desired time in the buyer comments at checkout!

What prices do your bouquets start at?
There is more information on our online shop but the florist choice bouquets start at £30.

Can I choose a specific date for delivery?
Yes, of course. Just choose your required date at checkout, if its not available were either closed or fully booked!

Where do you deliver too?
BL0, BL1, BL2, BL3, BL4, BL5, BL6, BL7, BL8, BL9, BL10, M25, M45 M11, M12, M13, M14, M15, M16, M18, M19, M20, M21, M22, M23, M40, M8, M9, M90, M35, OL1, OL2, OL3, OL4, OL8, OL9, M24, OL10, OL11, OL12, OL14, OL15, OL16, M27, M28, M29, M30, M38, M44, M5, M50, M6, M7, SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4, SK5, SK6, SK7, SK8, SK9, M34, M43, OL5, OL6, OL7, SK13, SK14, SK15, SK16, M17, M31, M32, M33, M41. ANY ORDERS PLACED WITH POSTCODES NOT ON THIS LIST WILL BE REFUNDED.

Can I call you to make an order?
The easiest way to place your order is via the website, this means we have the delivery address in writing, along with your card message. This reduces the risk of error, as well as this we don't have facilities to take payment over the phone so we would have to direct you to our website to take payment.

How long will my flowers last?
Just like you, we wish flowers lasted forever and ever! Unfortunately they don't, we guarantee our flowers for 3 days. After this period we are satisfied we have good quality healthy flowers and as they enter the fourth day it is down to the customer to look after their flowers like they would their own child! If looked after properly, flowers can last anything from a week to ten days.

What size will my bouquet be?
It's impossible to put a size to a price because of the variations of stems we use, along with the prices of the stems coming from Holland changing daily on the auctions. In short, the higher the value the more premium the stems will be and the size of the bouquet will increase.
